Booking and payment

We confirm bookings made on this website by e-mail. The full price of your stay is paid when you book – by card, Apple Pay or EPS via the secure payment provider Stripe. If you choose bank transfer, you will receive an invoice payable within 7 days; unpaid bookings are cancelled. Prices are final and include cleaning, linen, towels and tourist tax (Ortstaxe).

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival – we refund the full amount paid to the card or account you paid with. For later cancellations or no-shows we charge 100 % of the price of the stay. We recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover.

House rules

• Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am.
• Quiet hours 10 pm–7 am, no parties.
• No smoking in the apartments.
• A lost key costs €100.

Guest registration

Under Austrian law every guest must be registered with the local tourist office. Before your arrival we will send you a link to the online registration.

Privacy

We process your data (name, contact, dates, registration data) only to handle your booking and to meet the legal guest-registration duty. Bookings run through Smoobu, guest registration through the feratel system of the Nassfeld-Pressegger See tourist office. We do not pass your data to third parties for marketing. This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data – just e-mail us.
